Quality Inn Yuba City-Marysville

Location was super convenient for shopping, food and entertainment. Nick and the rest of the front desk crew were professional yet familial, making it feel like we were staying at a friend or family’s house. Everything was bright and clean, loved the tub! Breakfast was amazing! The waffles were massive Belgian waffles you’d pay like $16 for in my town. Stayed there for the Killswitch engage concert at the Hardeock but now looking for a reason to go back to stay at the quality inn and sleep in that comfy bed. Also they have adjoining rooms for parents traveling with kids like we were ( brought granny to babysit).

I booked 2 nights at Quality Inn Yuba City -Marysville through the booking.com app and when I tried to check-in my reservation was nowhere to be found. Although I had a confirmation number, email and the money had already been taken out of my account. I had an extremely bad headache and I wasn't feeling well. So needless to say I was beside myself because all I wanted to do was shower and rest. I tried contacting booking via phone, chat, email etc with no luck! I was truly about to lose it when I went back to the front desk. I then heard the amazing gentleman who was working on the phone with someone talking about my situation. I believe it was the Manager who at the time was probably woken up because his front desk associate was going above and beyond to accommodate me! Unfortunately I do not know their names but I will update when I get them. I am so extremely grateful to both of these amazing gentleman. I appreciate them more than words can express for their phenomenal guest service, compassion and going above and beyond for me ❤️ I will definitely visit again! However I will not use booking.com for any future hotel reservations!

Love the location it was perfect! The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was nice just the right size. I spoke with Nick at the front desk he was very professional and helpful! We were able to check in a little early which made our stay more relaxing. Easy to navigate through the hotel and find the breakfast room and the pool. Huge parking lot no problem finding a spot to park.

The people who work there are very accommodating, kind, helpful

Friendly staff is very important, good location to shop for food and close to a Mall, and Highway.
